How to apply for the Green card lottery?

You can apply for the DV lottery program from our registration page, we will make sure that everything is as required (and we will correct it if it's not).

How to check the status of my visa application?

When your account is activated you can login in USAVISA.EU and check your visa application status. When we submit your application we will give you unique identification number which is used to check if you win the Diversity visa lottery.

Why to participate in the Green card DVlottery?

Who can participate in the Diversity Visa Lottery?

If you were born in a country from the "LIST OF COUNTRIES QUALIFIED FOR GREEN CARD" and you have successfully completed secondary education, you qualify for the DV lottery. You can check the GREEN CARD LOTTERY REQUIREMENTS for more information.

Do i need to speak English to participate in the visa lottery?

No you don’t need. You can apply in the DV lottery even if you don`t speak English.

Can i apply in the lottery more than once?

No, you can't. If you apply for visa more than once you will be disqualified.

I want to know more about the Diversity Visa Lottery!

Each year the USA Department provide 50.000 Green Cards. All winners and their families receive permission to live and work in the USA! The winners are randomly selected from all applications. The only way to apply for green card is through the electronic visa application form.

Why there is a fee for participating in the dv lottery?

The fee you pay is because we revise, correct and send your visa application and photos as the dv lottery requirements.

Are there additional fees?

There are no additional fees.

Which family members should be included in the visa applications?

You must include the name, birthday and birth country of your spouse (if you are married) and all children (each unmarried child under 21 years old, including all legally adopted children and stepchildren, even if a child no longer resides with you or you do not intend for a child to immigrate with you under the DV lottery program).

Do I have to emigrate with my family when i win Green card?

No, your family is not obligated to immigrate with you.

How do I know if I won USA visa?

When you win USA visa you will get a notification letter by mail from the USCIS. Also we will notify you by mail and phone.

When can I apply for the Diversity Visa program?

USA visa applications can be submitted only for short period after September (for example - for DV-2012 - from 1st of October until 30th of October) but you can apply at any time through us! - USAVISA.EU is open for registrations 365 days a year.

How and when to send the required photos?

You can send your pictures at any time. There are two options available - you can upload them with the "upload button" when you fill your visa application or if you don't have the required photos by the Green Card lottery, you can send them to us at later stage to our e-mail address: support@usavisa.eu. What if there is a mistake in my visa application?

After we activate your account your visa application is revised by our experts and if there is mistake we will correct it, so your application to meet the requirements of the Green card lottery. If there is missing information we will notify you to fill it, so you won't be disqualified.
